Modern apartment buildings have been built in Pilestredet 77-79 at Stensparken. The 4,000 square meter project consists of three independent buildings and contains a total of 59 apartments. Pilestredet 77-79 received the 2020 Masonry Award for Outstanding Architecture.
The location of the facility is surrounded by buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries, which is why emphasis was placed on creating solutions that harmonize with the historical context of Fagerborg. What makes the Pilestredet 77-79 project even more impressive is the use of solar powered ZIP screens by Nerli. This is our first major project where we have implemented photovoltaic motors, and we have a total of 82 units to install this summer.
